Order/Return Policy

 

Ordering Policy:

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. All orders will be shipped using the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout. If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified and given the option to wait for the item to become available or cancel the order.

Return Policy:

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If the item received is damaged or defective, it will be replaced or refunded at no cost to the customer.
